Should I pay Stage's fee for pending tickets?
Yes. We'll invoice you for every confirmed + pending tickets that your event has 5 days after the event has ended.
If you don't cancel that bookings we understand that you are in the process of collecting the money or you didn't have time to confirm the ticket.
So, if the attendee hasn't pay for the ticket, please, cancel it and Stage's fee will also been removed.
Please, note that the PDF tickets will be sent on confirmation, not before. So, try to confirm all pending tickets before your event to avoid sending the tickets AFTER the event took part. Since money transfers may take a few days, consider removing this payment method a few days before the event starts.
