continue with where problem

I have duplicated an event and then modified the info for the new event. The where shouldn't have changed but for some reason the venue location was dropped and overtime I try to add it and update the new event I get the following message. This happened over more than one day.

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

    Now I am realizing that I can't edit my event as I get the message I included above. It is a bigger problem than I thought. I event tried to create a new event to see if I can move further but it won't let me save the new event. Help it is urgent if not then I will have to go look for another online event platform as I need this to go out and I have been fighting the platform for a couple of days.

    Here is my account name. I have on the 15th decided to set up my event on another platform as I had to get it done then. I would have preferred to continue with stage as it has my business name on the event. If you can solve the problem, please let me know via email as I don't come back on the stage platform often.
